Most one-piece toilets are designed of siphonic flush system. gravity washdown one-piece toilet (also called washdown monoblock toilet)  is a great evolution in ceramic sanitary ware market especially for European users. It satisfy the diversified demand of European families.
 It gots two typical attributes: 1) one-piece design , easy to clean and install.   2) bigger diameter flush trapway outlet, not easy to be blocked.  Most models can be made in P-trap ( horizontal flush )  or S-trap ( vertical flush) . For a P-trap one-piece toilet, it can be used in most European countries. For a S-trap washdown one-piece toilet, you need to study carefully the roughing-in of your bathroom before you choose it. (because the roughing-in of this variety is usually 300 or 400mm)
